The hotel is located on 12 acres of landscaped groups in Orsett, Grays, and includes 57 en-suite bedrooms, including four bridal spaces. On site are also extensive event spaces, a chapel, five lodges and wellness facilities.

The freehold property was sold as a Transfer of a Going Concern, free from management agreements and branding restrictions.

Knight Frank acted as sole selling agent for the transaction.
